Global battery recycling company to join PwC Tower
Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has arranged a new 28,258-square-foot lease for Ecobat, the global leader in battery recycling, at PwC Tower in Dallas.
“We are pleased to elevate our workplace to include the many amenities found in Uptown and in PwC Tower. This move will help us attract and retain an excellent workforce that will continue to help us transform energy storage," said Ecobat CEO Marcus Randolph.
Rick Hughes and Joel Zandstra of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. PwC is the sub-landlord who was represented by Ben Davis and Harlan Davis. MetLife is the master landlord.
Located at 2121 Pearl St., the 20-story, 500,000-square-foot Class A office tower offers an upscale tenant lounge, conference center, state-of-the-art fitness center, collaboration spaces, valet, outdoor green spaces and tenant balconies.
The consolidation consolidates Ecobat’s offices at Trinity Towers in Dallas and Waterway Tower in Las Colinas. As many as 160 employees will relocate to the new headquarters before the second quarter of 2023.
