Ecobat is pleased to announce the appointment of Gilles Gnaedig as Managing Director for Ecobat Resources France. A proven, international leader with a passion for operational excellence, Gilles comes to Ecobat with over 20 years of experience in plant management.

 

Most recently, Gilles served as Division Head of Operations at Etex, where he led industrial strategic planning that spanned a network of nine worksites and implemented continuous improvement plans that drove key performance metrics. Additionally, he was instrumental in growing the safety culture there and focused heavily on operations planning and overhead, production costs, and supply chain management. 

 

Throughout his career, Gilles has led multiple plants, engineered, and reorganized multiple production sites in different countries, and has consistently delivered performance improvement. Above all, he believes the key driver to deliver results in any setting is through people. Gilles is committed to unlocking the highest potential in others in order to facilitate the highest operational performance.
