Jenny Cochran joined Ecobat in December 2024 as Chief Human Resources Officer. A seasoned business leader, Jenny brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, and change management. She is recognized for delivering exceptional results by optimizing people and processes to achieve organizational success.

Before joining Ecobat, Jenny held leadership roles at Denbury, SunPower, and Temple-Inland, where she excelled at translating complex business objectives into practical strategies, even in challenging and rapidly evolving environments. Her strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving growth and fostering success across diverse industries.

Jenny holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS from Texas A&M University.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jenny is deeply committed to community service. She has served as a Board Member for the American Heart Association in Dallas, TX, and as a past Board Member and Course Instructor for the HR Institute at the University of Texas. Jenny has also contributed her expertise as a member of the Texas HR Leadership Summit Board of Governors and as a program speaker.
